Plan a tripPlans change — I expect it. Smaller structural changes are included: one to two rounds of revisions, depending on your tier. If something larger needs to shift, it can often be done for a small additional fee, and I'll tell you upfront before any extra work begins. Bigger pivots — a different destination, or new dates that move the trip into a different season — are a separate project, not an edit. Cancellation before design begins is fully refundable. Once design is in motion, the planning fee covers the work already done; I'm transparent about where the line falls.
