I design custom travel itineraries — stays, restaurants, experiences, daily routing — for trips you intend to take seriously. Not a listicle, not a generated guide. A document made for one trip, by a person who's read it twice before sending it to you.

Is this a travel agency?

I'm an independent travel advisor operating through my host agency, Picture This Travel — curation first, booking included. I design the trip personally, the way a friend who's been there would, then handle the booking through the agency.

What if I already know where I'm going and just need it booked?

Accepted Answer

Then you want the complimentary Hotel, Resort & Cruise Booking service — no planning fee. Tell me the destination, your dates, and the kind of stay you're after, and I'll handle the booking, the special requests, and any preferred-partner amenities through my host agency. You pay for the stay itself at the same rate you'd get on your own — there's just no planning fee and no charge for me to book it, since my side is covered by a standard commission from the agency.

How long does it take to get an itinerary back?

Accepted Answer

Three to five days for Wanderlight. Five to seven for Core. Seven to fourteen for Deep, longer if the trip spans more than a couple destinations. Priority Delivery cuts that in half when the calendar is the constraint, for an additional fee.

What if I just want restaurant picks for a city I'm already going to?

Accepted Answer

That's the Restaurant Strategy Pack — the reservations playbook for one city, with booking timing, seating notes, and the table to ask for. It's an add-on rather than a full tier.

What does the deliverable look like?

Accepted Answer

A shareable trip plan you open on your phone or laptop — organized, easy to follow, and tailored to your trip. It travels with you; it isn't a static PDF.

Do you book the trip on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

Through my host agency, Picture This Travel, I can book your stays — hotels, resorts, and cruises — as well as experiences and transportation, as applicable. I'll also handle special requests and any preferred-partner amenities the property provides. You pay for the booking itself, at the same rate you'd get on your own — what you don't pay is a fee for me to handle it, since my side is covered by a standard commission from the agency. That's separate from any planning fee.

What if my trip is longer than 21 days or covers more than three destinations?

Accepted Answer

That's outside the Deep envelope and gets a custom quote — typically $1,995 and up, depending on the trip's complexity. Submit the intake as usual and I'll come back with a number within 24–48 hours.
