What does Uncharted actually plan?

I design custom travel itineraries — stays, restaurants, experiences, daily routing — for trips you intend to take seriously. Not a listicle, not a generated guide. A document made for one trip, by a person who's read it twice before sending it to you.

Is this a travel agency?

Accepted Answer

No — this is not a travel agency, and I don't make any bookings on your behalf. Wanderlight, Core, and Deep are flat-fee design work: I take no commissions from any supplier, and you book your own flights, hotels, restaurants, and activities on your own accounts.

How long does it take to get an itinerary back?

Accepted Answer

Three to five days for Wanderlight. Five to seven for Core. Seven to fourteen for Deep, longer if the trip spans more than a couple destinations. Priority Delivery cuts that in half when the calendar is the constraint, for an additional fee.

What if I just want restaurant picks for a city I'm already going to?

Accepted Answer

That's the Restaurant Strategy Pack — the reservations playbook for one city, with booking timing, seating notes, and the table to ask for. It's an add-on rather than a full tier.

How do honeymoons work?

Accepted Answer

Honeymoons usually land in Core or Deep depending on length and number of stops. I design trips for two specifically — the rhythm, the mornings, the room, the moments where the trip is happening to you instead of around you.

Question 6

What does the deliverable look like?

Accepted Answer

A shareable trip plan, opened on a phone or laptop. Seven sections: trip overview, daily itinerary, stays, food, an embedded map, travel notes, and one flex section depending on the trip. It travels with you; it isn't a static PDF.

Question 7

Can I gift this to someone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I'll route the intake form to them with a note from you, or design from your brief and hand the finished trip over as the gift. Either works.

Do you book the trip on my behalf?

Accepted Answer

No — I design the trip and you book it. The deliverable is a Notion document with named stays, restaurants, and experiences plus the booking links to handle them yourself, on your own accounts. I don't earn commissions from any supplier, which is the point: the picks are honest because I'm only paid by you.

Question 9

What if my trip is longer than 21 days or covers more than three destinations?

Accepted Answer

That's outside the Deep envelope and gets a custom quote — typically $1,995 and up, depending on the trip's complexity. Submit the intake as usual and I'll come back with a number within 24–48 hours.
